ONLINE USER SUPPORT SYSTEM: FOR VISITORS, PARTICIPANTS, AND PARTNERS

To contact editors, take advantage of our User Support System (read below how to apply to editors). In contrast to traditional email intercourse, such system excludes message losses because of spam filter errors and improves processing of incoming mail. The User Support System guarantees that your message will be received and answered. 

The User Support System is available only for authorized users. If you are not, please pass the short sign up procedure. If you are, log in the system and then fill in a form of address to editorial staff. You may type a text, attach files, choose criticality degree of your message and its category. Then click on "Save" button, and your message will be sent to corresponding editor for further processing. 

After sending, make sure that you received notification message on your mailbox. The system will notify you about changing status of your message. You will receive guaranteed reply within 7 days.

When transferring articles, summaries, and other information, please first upload the materials to technical support service; if making telephone call, please tell us number of your message.

If receiving information on a confidential basis, editors follow the Federal Media Law, namely:

"Editorial staff is obliged to keep a source of confidential information in secret, and does not have the right to name a person provided such information on condition of anonymity, unless demanded by court because of the case in charge"

2) The User Support System accepts files no larger than 3 MB. To send medium-size files (3-20 MB), use the foregoing email address. For high-capacity files (20 MB – 2 GB), use special service http://freesea.ru (Java installed is required; after sending file(s) via this service, please notify editors thru message or email).
